Potential For Expansion

The Thomas family purchased One Bellevue and carried out extensive renovations in 2018. As experienced property developers, the owners were attracted by the beauty and potential of the property and brought their initial phase of development to fruition.

 There is now potential to expand on the success of the business with four further phases of development, including an additional 50 rooms. Architectural plans have been drawn up with the first phase now approved by the local authorities.
